CANDLE CARE

• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface to the edges of the jar. This prevents tunnelling and sets an even burn for the life of the candle.
• Trim the wick to about 5mm before each lighting. A trimmed wick burns cleaner, steadier and with less smoke.
• Keep each burn between two and four hours. Burning for longer can overheat the wax and shorten the candle’s life.
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, soft furnishings and anything flammable.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Stop burning once around 1cm of wax remains at the base to protect the glass.

Each 150g candle offers approximately 25 hours of burn time when cared for properly, including a full first burn and a trimmed wick before each use.
