Dubai Design Week is the region’s leading festival that celebrates creativity and showcases the limitless possibilities of design. As the design capital of the Middle East Dubai hosts a dynamic programme of installations exhibitions talks workshops and Downtown Design the region’s most influential contemporary design fair along with Editions the first limited edition art and design fair in the Middle East.
Held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and in partnership with Dubai Design District d3 the festival brings together designers innovators and creative brands from across the region.
Studio Kinza was proud to host a candle workshop at Dubai Design Week in 2024 offering visitors a beautifully curated hands on experience where they explored scent design colour play and candle making in a creative setting.
We are excited to share that Studio Kinza will be hosting a candle workshop again this year on 9th November 2025 bringing design creativity and craftsmanship together for visitors at the region’s most celebrated design festival.
At the heart of one of Dubai’s most prestigious business and lifestyle destinations, Studio Kinza joined Ripe Market at DIFC, offering visitors an opportunity to explore our full candle collection in person. Each candle — hand-poured with natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils — represented the essence of slow luxury and mindful living. The pop-up allowed guests to experience the brand up close, discover new scents and take home exclusive pieces crafted for the season. More than just a market stall it was a celebration of local craftsmanship and handcrafted luxury in a setting that blends business, lifestyle and refined retail.
During the Halloween Wands & Wonders season, Studio Kinza brings a magical burst of colour, glow and creativity to KidZania Dubai Mall. Families and kids can join our vibrant candle-making experience featuring neon candles, glow-in-the-dark colours and bright artistic designs. It is a fun activity that encourages imagination and hands-on learning while letting parents and children create something memorable together.

World Art Dubai is one of the region’s most distinguished art fairs bringing together global artists galleries and creative brands under one vibrant platform. Known for original artworks live activations and interactive experiences it celebrates creativity in all its forms.
Studio Kinza has been part of World Art Dubai for the past two years with our founder invited as an exhibiting artist. During these editions we hosted our signature candle workshop including an exclusive VIP Night Opening session where guests explored scent design colour blending and candle craftsmanship in an artistic setting.
Our presence and workshops across the fair reflected Studio Kinza’s commitment to merging art design and sensory experience within one of Dubai’s leading creative events.
Studio Kinza will be part of the Harvest Festival – Fall Edition 2025 at Expo City on 30th October and 1st November presenting a curated showcase of our handcrafted soy candles. The festival welcomes families and visitors in a warm seasonal setting creating the ideal atmosphere to experience thoughtful design and autumn inspired artistry.

Studio Kinza is delighted to present a candle-making workshop held at the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU), located in the historic Al Fahidi district of Dubai. This workshop blends creativity with cultural immersion, offering participants a rare opportunity to craft handcrafted soy-wax candles in a traditional heritage setting.
