Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@studiokinza.com within 3 days of delivery. A clear photo of the item and packaging is required for assessment. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@studiokinza.com within 3 days, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at hello@studiokinza.com.

Workshop Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend. Transfers to another workshop date are not allowed.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
